Description
Languid washes of warming tones punctuated by untreated piano, glittering glissandos, and delicate droplets welcome us into Florian T M Zeisigβs ππππ€ π΅πππβ. Like icicles drifting downstream during snowmelt, a deep sense of unthawing pervades its 5Β½ minutes. New age and environmental music tropes are carefully corralled into a long-form cyclical compositional framework, inviting repeated listens. As with Zeisigβs previous enmossed release (πππππππ πππ₯), the sound is supplemented by a rapturously dream-like piece of flash fiction by Rob Goyanes. Flitting between chronologies, Goyanesβ ππ»πΈπ πΈ π½ππ πΌππ·πΌπΆππΌππ πΆπ»π΄ππΊπΈπ provides a meditation upon a peculiar instance of undoing masculinity. Sumptuously presented with transparent and silver materials, the physical object of ππππ€ π΅πππβ is highly recommended over its digital representation.
