FANSTASTIQUE can usually provide a full refund if:
1. Titles are unopened (if applicable) and unplayed.
2. Any clothing is unworn and unwashed.
3. Returns arrive to Fantastique within 30 days of shipment.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Discontinued & sale items are not returnable.
Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Fantastique cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
If an item is returned undeliverable the customer will be charged for shipping to reship the item.
We are not responsible for items lost in route by mail carrier.
Preorders ship as soon as possible and Fantastique will notify you on shipping schedule. Usually this means releases arrive before release date, and we truly apologize if your preorder arrives slightly late. We cannot prevent all shipping delays and we cannot ship orders any earlier than possible.
All items in an order ship together, so expect a delay if your shipment includes a preorder. If you prefer not to wait please place separate orders for items not on preorder.
Unfortunately sometimes customers will receive items that are damaged or defective. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and a description of the issue (preferably with photos), and we will likely send a replacement.
International Fantastique shipments are subject to customs fees. Shipping costs do not take them into account. The customer is solely responsible for any fees paid upon receipt.
